The large yard is fenced and is partially landscaped - not all of it has been seeded back to grass. Hardy board siding on the house. The back yard is huge so there is ample room to park an RV or boat, as Champion is close to Little Bow Provincial Park, Twin Valley Reservoir, and McGregor Lake. Note: The heater/air conditioner in the garage does not work well in extreme cold. Also, the appliances are being sold in "as is" condition - the fridge needs to be recharged from time to time. There are concrete pilings in the yard from a mobile home that was there years ago. The shed is not on the current real property report. If a buyer wants the shed included in the real property report, the seller will most likely remove the shed so it will not be an issue. The outdoor swimming pool, library, post office, and grocery store are all within walking distance from this property.
